Once again, Womble Carlyle Telecom attorney John Garziglia offered thoughts on FCC Commissioner Ajit Pai’s proposed creation of Class C4 FM radio stations to a national publication—this time, Communications Daily (subscription required).
Garziglia said the C4 expansion plan could displace many FM translators carrying AM stations and HD2 signals.
