BOSTON—Womble Bond Dickinson continues to build its Boston office with the addition of experienced Corporate attorney Sarah Wilk.

Wilk guides clients in a wide range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, federal securities law compliance, corporate finance transactions, corporate governance, and early stage corporate formation. Her clients include both private and public companies in numerous sectors, including clients in the technology, pharma/medical devices/life sciences, transportation, and equipment leasing industries.

She joins a Corporate Team in Boston that also includes attorneys Gordon Penman, Anya Griffith and Caitlin MacDowell.

“When we opened the Boston office two years ago, one of our main objectives was to build a strong Corporate presence here to serve existing clients and to accompany our robust IP practice. Sarah is another great addition to our growing team, and we are so very pleased to have her on board,” said Sarah Keefe, Managing Partner of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Boston Office.

Wilk comes to Womble Bond Dickinson from Brown Rudnick in Boston.
