Jon Mize Elected to Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors

Womble Bond Dickinson’s Jon Mize was recently elected to a three-year term for the Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors, effective October 1, 2025.

In addition to board membership, Mize was elected Vice Chair, Government Affairs & Community Development and will serve on the Chamber’s Executive Committee.

The Greater Raleigh Chamber of Commerce works to sustain and further develop a thriving economy and to enhance the quality of life throughout the Greater Raleigh region. The Chamber’s board members represent the strength of Raleigh’s growing economy—from tech to transportation, finance to philanthropy.

Mize is the Office Managing Partner for both Raleigh and Research Triangle Park offices. He is an experienced public finance lawyer who guides his clients through a broad range of transactions as bond counsel, underwriter’s counsel, bank counsel and borrower’s counsel. Mize has helped bring about some of the region’s biggest and most crucial public infrastructure, housing, healthcare, senior living and education projects of the past decade.
