Garrett Gordon Appointed to Nevada’s CIC Task Force

Garrett Gordon, partner in the firm’s Business Transactions Practice, has been appointed to the Common-Interest Communities and Condominium Hotels (CIC) Task Force. This advisory group supports the Nevada Real Estate Division by reviewing legislation, policies, and industry practices to help enhance governance, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance for common-interest communities and condominium hotels statewide.
Garrett brings broad experience in land use, real estate, business law, and government relations. He represents clients before local governments and state agencies across Nevada, advising on projects including a Triple-A baseball stadium entertainment district, STAR Bonds, master-planned communities, mixed-use developments, and hotel/casino ventures. His background in urban planning adds valuable insight to his real estate and land use work.
He also advocates before the Nevada Legislature on issues such as land use, zoning, water rights, common-interest communities, gaming, and regulatory compliance.
