Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Masami Tyson has been named to the 2024 Nashville Post’s “In Charge” list. This is the second year in a row Tyson has been honored by the publication.

The Nashville Post writes, “New beginnings are a theme in this year's issue. It’s a presidential election year and Nashville has a new mayor, but leaders are rotating into this esteemed list every year. Whether it's been decades or weeks leading the companies, whether they're well-known or under the radar, the 2024 In Charge list represents people to call on to make the city the best it can be.”

Tyson, a Partner in the firm’s Nashville office, is the leader of the firm’s Japan practice. Using her deep understanding of both U.S. and Japanese business cultures, she provides Japanese and global businesses with a wide range of corporate and economic development legal support, including helping clients with understanding the process of setting up operations in the U.S., negotiating complex contracts, and providing advice on a broad range of corporate matters, all in either Japanese or English depending on the clients’ needs.
