Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Genevieve Walser-Jolly has been named to a select national list of attorneys for “delivering the best-of-the-best client service.”

Walser-Jolly is one of only 240 attorneys nationally to be ranked one of BTI Consulting Group’s Client Service All-Stars 2025. BTI Consulting does not accept law firm submissions, self-referrals, or firm referrals. All nominees come from confidential, in-depth interviews with top corporate legal decision-makers at large organizations with $700 million or more in revenue.

The report recognized Walser-Jolly in the practice areas of Class Action Litigation and Consumer Finance/Privacy Advice & Counsel. The Client Service All-Stars 2025 report described her as an attorney who “along with her exceptional client service, is known for her responsiveness and attentiveness."

A Partner in Womble’s Irvine, Calif. office, Walser-Jolly represents financial institutions, including banks, lenders, and loan servicers. Her practice includes defending individual and consumer class actions (for example, data privacy, mortgage servicing, TCPA, and auto finance).

She also helps clients (in and outside of financial services) set up data privacy and security programs to comply with federal statutory schemes and the evolving patchwork of state privacy laws. She assists clients as they compile data maps, update vendor management programs, draft contractual privacy requirements and policies, and operationalize comprehensive consumer response programs. Walser-Jolly guides clients as they navigate the quickly developing regulatory environment in privacy and resulting investigations.
