Womble Bond Dickinson client Frontier Growth recently finalized a strategic growth investment in Property Meld, a leading property maintenance software program. WBD Partners D. Scott Anderson and Patrick Strubbe advised Frontier Growth in this transaction, which closed in late December 2022.

WBD attorneys Jane Jeffries Jones, Yohana Mihreteab, Josh Rifkin, Mike Tobin, and Mark Wiley also worked with Frontier Growth to successfully complete this complex investment.

Property Meld’s platform allows property managers to optimize their maintenance process, communicate with residents and vendors, and manage billing. More than 650 customers currently employ Property Meld to manage 450,000+ units. Last year, Property Meld facilitated 1.7 million maintenance requests.

In a statement, Frontier Growth Vice President Matt Williams said “Property Meld has generated impressive growth and a unique ability to improve the maintenance process for its customers, which ultimately helps improve their overall net operating income. We are excited to partner with Property Meld as they continue growing and delivering value to customers. Our decision to invest in Property Meld is rooted in their unique focus on the product and experiences that we believe will reshape the industry.”

Anderson, Strubbe and the WBD team also recently helped Frontier Growth portfolio company Agreement Express, Inc. sell its payment solutions platform and wealth management technology assets in separate transactions.
