Connor Kratz practices real estate, land use, environmental, and energy law. He advises developers and property owners in connection with commercial, residential and industrial real estate development, acquisition and sales, leasing, easements, environmental review and land use approvals. He represents clients in all aspects of real estate transactions including contract negotiation, due diligence, financing, tax planning, entitlements, construction, management, operation, regulatory compliance and disposition. 

Connor has experience closing multifamily, commercial and mixed-use projects with financing from private lenders, tax-exempt bonds, tax credit syndications, HUD programs and other public funding sources. He has also counseled public-private partnerships and other joint ventures related to affordable housing, community development and renewable energy.
