Womble Bond Dickinson partners Alan Enslen and John Scannapieco are featured contributors to Bloomberg Law’s newly released Tax Guide to U.S. Tariffs 2.0, co-authoring the guide alongside David Zaiken and Professor William VanDenburgh.

The guide offers a timely, practical resource for businesses navigating the increasingly complex U.S. tariff landscape and related tax implications. It covers recent legal and regulatory developments, potential tariff refund processes, and the intersection of tariffs with federal and state tax rules, while also highlighting key compliance considerations for importers, including classification, valuation, and country-of-origin requirements.

Building on Alan and John’s work on the guide, Womble Bond Dickinson will host two executive roundtables in Nashville and Atlanta this fall to discuss Tax Guide to U.S. Tariffs 2.0, Bloomberg will sponsor the event in Nashville, while Georgia Manufacturers Association will sponsor the Atlanta event.  More details about the roundtables will be available in the coming weeks.
