TYSONS, VA—Womble Bond Dickinson is excited to announce that it has completed its move to the new Boro Tower effective April 1.

“Womble has been committed to growth in the Northern Virginia and DC Metro market, and the move to Boro Tower is another step in our evolution and growth strategy for the region” said Gary Nunes, Managing Partner of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Northern Virginia office. “We know that quality of life issues are important in recruiting and retention efforts, and in addition to being a premier office building, The Boro offers tremendous amenities outside of the office,”

In addition to the 20-story, LEED Gold-certified Boro Tower, The Boro complex is an 18-acre mixed-use development, offering office, residential, retail, dining and entertainment spaces in a walkable community. The development will include a 14-screen movie theater, a craft brewery and the region’s largest Whole Foods grocery store, as well as approximately 700 residential units when complete.

Womble Bond Dickinson will occupy the entire 15th floor of the Boro Tower, consisting of approximately 24,000 square feet of office space.

“One of the many key selling points for The Boro is that our new office will be a short walk from the Greensboro Metro Station on the Silver Line,” Nunes said. “This will make it easier than ever for our clients and team members to access our office. We look forward to The Boro becoming a new hub to the Tysons business community and a vibrant area for our team, clients, and community members to thrive for years to come.”

Womble Bond Dickinson has been committed to the Tysons area since opening its Northern Virginia office in 2001. Approximately 40 attorneys and staff members reside in the Tysons office; the attorneys practice in a variety of areas including Business Litigation, Construction Law, Corporate & Securities, Government Contracting, Intellectual Property, Labor & Employment, Land Use/Zoning, Mergers & Acquisitions, Real Estate and Technology Transactions.

Womble Bond Dickinson was represented by Mike Shuler and Nate Krill at Avison Young. The interior space was designed by IA Interior Architects and built out by Davis Construction.
