The Energy Law & Policy Center at Tulane Law School has appointed Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Francisco Balduzzi to its Global Research Council.

The Global Research Council helps the Tulane Energy Law & Policy Center develop research programs, plan educational events, and review the Center’s thought leadership publications. Global Research Council members also help guide the Center’s strategic direction and foster key partnerships.

Balduzzi’s particular role will include serving as a Senior Advisor on Center programming related to Cross-Border Investment Protection.

The Tulane Energy Law & Policy Center is an energy law and policy research program and energy policy evaluation platform based within Tulane Law School. The Center applies an interdisciplinary analytical process to the evaluation of contemporary technical, commercial, market, regulatory and legal issues faced by the U.S. and global energy sectors, engaging legal, economic, policy, and technical experts.
