Womble Carlyle will sponsor an ACC Foundation’s Women in the House (WITH) Initiative breakfast at the Association of Corporate Counsel 2017 Annual Meeting.

The Tuesday, Oct. 17 breakfast meeting will foster networking and help ACC members develop their careers. The WITH Initiative gathering will feature a fireside chat on the strengths that women bring to the workplace and can leverage to become general counsel and other law department leaders.

Womble Carlyle lawyer Cathy Hinger, the leader of the firm’s Women of Womble program will moderate the fireside chat. In-house speakers will include:

The 2017 ACC Annual Meeting takes place Oct. 15-18 in Washington, D.C. The event is the world’s largest gathering of in-house counsel.

Cathy Hinger represents companies in business disputes involving residential and commercial real estate development projects, commercial leasing, multifamily housing, airport retail and concession development, employment discrimination, commercial contracts, business fraud, manufacturing, distribution and franchise, supply chain interruption and gaming regulation. Hinger also has defended clients charged with white collar crimes and has litigated cases involving premises liability, severe property damage, catastrophic injuries, aviation disasters and wrongful death. She practices in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.
