Womble Bond Dickinson attorneys Patrice Howard, Andreas Mosby and Christine Xiao have been selected as Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD) Pathfinders for 2026.

The LCLD Pathfinder Program is designed for diverse, high-potential, early-career attorneys at LCLD Member organizations. The goal of this program is to provide these “Pathfinders” with practical tools for developing and leveraging:

  • Internal professional networks through relationship building skills;
  • Foundational leadership skills; and 
  • An understanding of career development strategies applicable to both in-house and law firm practice.

Founded in 2009, LCLD is a growing organization of more than 300 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners who are personally committed to creating a more diverse and inclusive legal profession.

Patrice Howard’s practice focuses on representing, advising, and advocating on behalf of government contractors, industry associations, and non-profits across critical industries including renewable energy, healthcare, and manufacturing. Prior to her legal career, Patrice was a Contracting Officer and Social Science Research Analyst at the US Department of Justice, Office of Community Oriented Policing Services (COPS). She practices in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office.

Andreas Mosby is a litigator with experience advising and representing employers across the Southeast in various industries. He handles a wide range of employment law matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, labor relations, litigation, affirmative action, and OFCCP regulations and audits. Additionally, Andreas regularly guides employers on daily workplace issues, employee handbooks, and workplace policies. He practices in Womble’s Raleigh, N.C. office.

Christine Xiao focuses her practice on intellectual property transactions, data privacy, and cybersecurity. She regularly reviews, drafts, and prepares online privacy policies, terms of use, and other externally-facing documents related to data collection and use for clients in a variety of sectors, such as retail, technology, and life sciences. Christine also works on ongoing privacy compliance projects related to U.S. state and federal privacy laws as well as European privacy laws.  She practices in the firm’s Raleigh, N.C. office.
