A Womble Bond Dickinson team led by Patrick Strubbe, Hunter Edwards, and Afzal Karim, recently represented Liburdi Dimetrics (and its affiliates) in the sale of Midas Spring Water Company. Midas Spring Water was founded in 1871 and is “recognized as the oldest company in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina, and is one of the first bottled water companies in the continental United States” (per its website).  As part of the transaction, Liburdi also sold certain parcels of real property related to the company.
