May 05 2026
Womble Bond Dickinson was well represented at DRI’s 2026 Business and Intellectual Property Litigation Super Conference in Miami (April 15–17), contributing to the conversation on key issues shaping business and IP litigation.
Warren Bleeker, Vice-Chair of DRI’s Intellectual Property Litigation Committee, helped organize the seminar. Joshua Davis and Tyler Bridegan represented the firm as session panelists.
Joshua’s panel, “Explaining Technical Ideas to Judges and Juries,” offered practical strategies for bridging the technical divide—helping intellectual property lawyers present complex concepts clearly to audiences without a technical background. Keeley Vega of Thompson Hine also spoke on the panel.
Tyler’s panel, “Privacy and AdTech: Navigating Online Tracking, Defense and Compliance,” explored the rapidly evolving landscape of privacy litigation and regulatory enforcement involving online tracking technologies and advertising technology (AdTech). Tyler was joined by Emily Cohen of FTI Consulting and John T. Wolak of FBT Gibbons LLP.
Womble Bond Dickinson also proudly served as a conference sponsor.
