Lisa Moyles is a seasoned intellectual property lawyer with almost 30 years of experience advising clients on all aspects of IP strategy, management, and protection. With a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of the complexities of IP law, Lisa counsels and represents clients at every stage of the protection lifecycle, including patent and trademark acquisition that withstands validity challenges, FTO analysis, and enforcement.
As a mechanical engineer by training, her practice is focused on protecting the IP rights of her clients in diverse technologies in the mechanical, chemical, and electrical fields, including medical and dental devices, oil and gas technologies, transportation, engineering polymers, molded components, consumer products, automotive, and combustion and heat transfer equipment. She also has extensive experience serving as trusted IP counsel for Fortune 50 companies and large law firms and as chief IP counsel for several small- to mid-sized companies.
Lisa also serves as the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) partner for the firm. In this role, she chairs the DEI Steering Committee that leads and directs the firm's comprehensive DEI efforts.
