The American Bar Association has asked Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Ted Claypoole to provide an update on AI and the legal profession to members of Congress and Congressional staff.
The “AI in the Legal Profession: A Crash Course for Congress” session takes place Thursday, May 23 at the Rayburn House Office Building.
Claypoole has served on the Planning Committee of the ABA Artificial Intelligence and Robotics Institute since its inception and was recently appointed vice chair of the ABA President’s Task Force on Law and Artificial Intelligence. He is editor and co-author of the book The Law of Artificial Intelligence and Smart Machines.
