N.C. Lawyers Weekly Interviews Jonathan Reich, Spotlights Womble Carlyle North Carolina Insurance Desk Reference

Womble Carlyle attorneys Jonathan Reich, Cal Adams and Gemma Saluta authored the North Carolina Insurance Desk Reference, a free, downloadable eBook for in-house counsel and risk managers. Reich recently discussed the book and its creation with "North Carolina Lawyers Weekly."

Reich said the idea for the guide came after speaking with a client about a commercial insurance issue.

“I looked around to see if there was a quick reference guide to North Carolina’s insurance laws. What I found was that one didn’t really exist,” he tells "N.C. Lawyers Weekly."

Reich said the goal of the eBook is to create an easy-to-use guide where “insurance brokers, business people and general practice attorneys could find answers to the type of questions that come up all the time—or at least get them pointed in the right direction.”

Jonathan Reich is a litigator practicing primarily in the commercial litigation, tort defense, and insurance coverage and bad faith areas.  He also advises on insurance regulatory issues.  He is a member of the Board of Directors of the North Carolina Captive Insurance Association.  Reich practices in Womble Carlyle’s Winston-Salem office.
