Congratulations to Kristina Moore, who has been unanimously elected to the Council of the American Bar Association’s Section of Administrative Law and Regulatory Practice.

This section, comprising over 8,000 members, is dedicated to advancing the study and effectiveness of administrative law and regulatory processes in the United States.

Moore, a partner in the firm’s Washington, D.C. office, advises clients in highly regulated industries on complex legal and policy issues. Her practice focuses on matters that attract national media and policymaker attention, including transitions between presidential administrations, Congressional and state attorney general investigations, and high-stakes corporate crises.
