Jane Jeffries Jones to Speak at National Association of Corporate Directors Event

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Jane Jeffries Jones will be a panelist at the National Association of Corporate Directors (Carolinas Chapter) event on October 25 at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte. 

In the current business landscape, boards have become increasingly involved in shaping their company’s overall compensation strategy to attract, retain and motivate top talent. This panel, titled “Evolving Roles: New Challenges and Opportunities for Compensation Committees”, will discuss key legal and other issues that compensation committees face in today’s talent management environment, as well as strategies to address risks, regulatory requirements, and other issues. 

Jane Jeffries Jones is a partner at Womble Bond Dickinson and a member of the firm’s Public Companies Advisors Team (PCAT), led by Chris Gyves and Sid Shenoy.
