Fox Sports South broadcaster Wes Durham has all the answers to these and many more college football questions at Womble Bond Dickinson’s annual Countdown to Kickoff. For the eighth consecutive year, the Voice of the Atlanta Falcons and SiriusXM radio host will share his insights on the upcoming season with clients and guests.
The Countdown to Kickoff event takes place Thursday, August 23 in the firm’s Atlanta office. The popular annual event also will be broadcast to Womble Bond Dickinson’s other offices.
Countdown to Kickoff starts at 5:30 p.m. with BBQ and networking, with Durham speaking and taking questions starting at 6:30 p.m. Be sure to have your questions ready!
About Wes Durham
Wes Durham is a TV broadcaster with Fox Sports South, where he does college football and basketball play-by-play on a regional basis. Wes assumed that position in 2013 after 18 years as the play-by-play radio voice for Georgia Tech football and basketball. Wes is entering his 15th season as the play-by-play radio announcer for the Atlanta Falcons. He is also co-host of the SiriusXM ACC Morning Show.
Wes has been selected “Sportscaster of the Year” for Georgia by the National Sportscasters and Sportswriters Association on 11 different occasions, including winning for this year. In October 2015, Wes was inducted into the Georgia Tech Sports Hall of Fame. He was honored by the Atlanta Sports Council with the "Furman Bisher Award" for Sports Media Excellence in 2006.
