BALTIMORE (November 1, 2024) – Womble Bond Dickinson announced today that Daniel L. Fitzgerald has joined the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group as a partner in Baltimore. Daniel concentrates his practice on corporate transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, liquidation and exit strategies, and general corporate governance matters. As a Delaware-barred attorney, he has extensive experience representing clients in transactions involving companies formed in Delaware and those governed by Delaware law.
