Building on Recent Corporate Growth, Womble Adds Partner Daniel Fitzgerald in Baltimore

BALTIMORE (November 1, 2024) – Womble Bond Dickinson announced today that Daniel L. Fitzgerald has joined the firm’s Corporate & Securities Group as a partner in Baltimore. Daniel concentrates his practice on corporate transactions, including buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, venture capital investments, liquidation and exit strategies, and general corporate governance matters. As a Delaware-barred attorney, he has extensive experience representing clients in transactions involving companies formed in Delaware and those governed by Delaware law.

Chambers USA has named Daniel an “Up and Coming” lawyer for Corporate/M&A in Maryland, and he is recognized in The Best Lawyers in America: Ones to Watch for Corporate Governance, Corporate Law, and Compliance Law.

Daniel earned a J.D. from the Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Delaware. He joins Womble from Nelson Mullins.
