Womble Carlyle attorney Ashley Kutz Kelley will continue her service to the Employment and Labor Law Section of the South Carolina Bar, serving as Section Secretary for 2016-17.
Ashley was elected Secretary at the Annual Meeting of the Employment and Labor Law Section, held Oct. 24th in Isle of Palms, SC.
She is presently concluding her tenure as 2015-16 CLE Coordinator and Course Planner for the Section. In that role, she coordinated such events as the North Carolina/South Carolina Employment Law Joint Meeting, SC Bar Employment Midyear Meeting, and the Annual Convention. She previously served as the Newsletter Coordinator for the Section, editing and compiling the South Carolina Employment and Labor Law Newsletter.
Ashley Kutz Kelley is an experienced litigator with a broad-ranging practice in federal and state courts, including business, commercial, financial, employment, product liability, and judgment enforcement matters. Ashley practices in Womble Carlyle’s Charleston office. She was named a member of the 2014 Class of the Charleston Regional Business Journal Forty Under 40.
