Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Victoria Bruno is participating in a panel discussion highlighting the benefits of a multigenerational workforce at the Centerforce Diversity in Law’s Driving Diversity in Law and Leadership Summit on May 18, 2023, in Washington, DC.
Victoria’s panel, “Harnessing the Benefits of a Multigenerational Workforce,” will explore the challenges and opportunities of a multigenerational workplace, the concept of “reverse mentoring,” support systems for emerging leaders, and succession planning strategies.

Victoria has more than 20 years of experience in litigating complex commercial disputes. Her wide-ranging practice includes representing major US retailers, manufacturers, and insurers in various business disputes involving breach of contract, fraud, professional malpractice, deceptive trade practices, and discrimination. She has also represented companies responding to reputational attacks by financial publications, NGOs, competitors, and former employees/whistleblowers.
