Tom Zamadics to Take Part in American College of Trust and Estate Counsel Southeast Fellows Institute

Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Tom Zamadics has been accepted into Class III of the American College of Trust and Estate Counsel (ACTEC) Southeast Fellows Institute.
ACTEC is a national organization of attorneys peer-elected to membership who demonstrate the highest standards, exceptional skill, experience, contributions to the field (CLE lectures, publications, bar leadership) and commitment to the profession. They are also an elite referral network.
The Southeast Fellows Institute was created by ACTEC Fellows located in Alabama, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia and West Virginia to develop the profession’s future leaders through a series of in-depth educational presentations led by subject matter experts in each field.
The three, two-day sessions in the Institute begin in September 2025 and end in May 2026. Recognizing the importance of the content of each session, participants who successfully complete all six days of the program shall be formally recognized as Graduates of the Institute.
Tom Zamadics is a Trusts & Estates attorney who assists clients throughout South Carolina and North Carolina in a broad range of tax and estate planning matters. He develops estate plans for a variety of clients, including individuals, married couples, business owners, and families with generational wealth. Tom also guides clients through estate and trust administrations. In addition to his estate planning and administration practice, Tom advises nonprofit organizations on obtaining tax-exempt status and corporate governance matters. He practices in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Charleston, S.C. office.
