A multidisciplinary team led by Patrick Strubbe, a Charlotte-based private equity and M&A Partner with Womble Bond Dickinson, represented LEAD Technologies in this highly complex deal. The Womble team also included Patrick Allen, Neill Edwards, Tara Cho, Matt Homan, Jane Jeffries Jones, Afzal Karim, Jim Kearney, Jake Rifkin, Josh Rifkin, Maan Sangrid, Mike Tobin and Mark Wiley. Mike Tobin had a long prior relationship handling the company’s intellectual property matters.
