NYU Tandon Hosts Joe Whitley for a Discussion on Legal & Compliance Challenges in Technology

On November 14th, 2024, Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Joe Whitley spoke at the NYU Tandon Tech Talk on "Navigating Corporate and Legal Challenges in a Tech-Driven World: Compliance, Enforcement, and Emerging Risks."

Whitley was joined in the presentation by Mark Schnapp, the former Chief of the Criminal Division and Public Corruption Section in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of Florida.

Whitley and Schnapp covered critical legal issues in technology that are essential knowledge for students entering a tech-driven profession. Key topics addressed included:
