SILICON VALLEY— Hope Services recently added five long time Bay Area leaders to the organization’s Board of Directors: Dan Foster, Jenn Henley, Ralph Harnett, Ori Kochavi and Roxanne Vane.

Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Steve Clinton serves as Chair of the Board and has served on the Hope Services Board since 2015. In a press release , he said, “We’re lucky to welcome these accomplished, dedicated individuals to the board of Hope Services.”

Hope Services is the leading provider of services to people with developmental disabilities in Silicon Valley for over 66 years. They serve more than 3,500 people and their families in six counties and provide a broad spectrum of services for infants through children’s services; day services; employment and job training through local companies.

Steve Clinton focuses his practice on international business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and venture capital. He has represented corporate clients (both private and public), venture capital funds, angels and accelerators for more than 20 years. His transaction repertoire includes mergers and acquisitions, corporate structuring, board of director duties, negotiated resolution of business disputes in addition to many other corporate matters.
