Francisco Balduzzi Honored by Lexology for Client Service

HOUSTON—Womble Bond Dickinson’s Francisco Balduzzi has been honored as a 2024 Lexology Client Choice Award winner in the “M&A” category within Texas, USA.
Balduzzi concentrates his practice on cross-border M&A, transactional, and dispute matters with a focus on Latin America. He has extensive experience in the Energy and Natural Resources (ENR) sector, particularly within the energy service (oil, gas, and power), metal and mining industries. Balduzzi is Co-Head of the firm’s Metals and Mining Subsector. He is the former Head of Legal LATAM and Asia Pacific for one of the world's largest gold mining companies.
Balduzzi’s recognition reflects on Womble's M&A practice, which advises clients on all phases of transactions, from the letter of intent stage through due diligence and contract negotiations and to closing. The Womble team regularly represents both buyers and sellers in a wide variety of transactions, providing team members with valuable insights on deal issues from both sides of the table.
