Levitan has more than 30 years of experience litigating intellectual property and complex technology cases in courtrooms across the U.S. He focuses his practice on trade secret, patent, trademark, and technology contract disputes. Levitan also guides internal corporate investigations and acts as a go-to counselor for his clients on corporate policies and best practices for protection of trade secrets and confidential information.
