Claire Weglarz named to Trial Attorneys of America Board of Directors

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Claire Weglarz has been elected to the Board of Directors of Trial Attorneys of America.

Founded in 1969, Trial Attorneys of America is an organization of private practice attorneys and corporate counsel who focus on the defense of products liability litigation. Membership is by invitation only upon the recommendation of a member.

Weglarz is a first-chair trial attorney representing public and private entities nationwide in high-risk litigation. She represents clients in a broad range of industries, including energy, chemicals, manufacturing, automotive, and consumer goods. She has extensive experience in cases involving product liability, premises liability, environmental claims, and toxic exposures to asbestos, talc, benzene, and other chemicals. Clients also look to Weglarz for help handling disputes and litigation related to unfair business practices, product labeling, and employment issues.

A member of the firm’s Product Liability Litigation team, she practices in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Los Angeles office.
