Allen Gibson Speaks on Construction Arbitration & Dispute Resolution at Alabama State Bar Event

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Allen Gibson spoke at the Alabama State Bar’s 12th Annual Construction Industry Summit. The event took place December 8 in Birmingham, Alabama.

Gibson took part in a panel discussion on “Construction Arbitrators’ Perspectives on the Do’s and Don’ts of the Dispute Resolution Process”. He was joined in the discussion by Mayard Nexsen attorney Harper Heckman and Florida attorney Leslie King O’Neal. Hoar Construction Vice President—Legal and Risk Management Charlie Baxley moderated the discussion.

Gibson has more than 40 years of experience workings with owners, developers, design professionals, general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers on the full range of challenges that arise in the development, design, and construction of various projects. He works with clients on construction-related litigation as well as in the negotiation and drafting of construction contracts. He is also an active mediator and arbitrator of construction disputes and has provided these services for many parties throughout the country.
