WIN is the Womble Inclusion Network, the newest diversity initiative at Womble Bond Dickinson.
This attorney resource group strives to enhance the firm’s culture by promoting a workplace that is respectful, welcoming and engaging for all lawyers. WIN is comprised of ethnically diverse attorneys, LGBTQ attorneys and disabled attorneys across the firm, all of whom share the commitment of our firm’s leadership to the inclusion, success, retention and advancement of our diverse lawyers.
WIN creates a very unique platform for its lawyers to meet, share ideas and experiences and further their career objectives. WIN seeks to support and increase the visibility of these diverse lawyers as they navigate their way through the firm.
WIN’s three main goals are to cultivate and expand its members’ professional development, business development, and community outreach resources and opportunities. In order to facilitate these objectives, WIN actively prepares diverse lawyers for promotion through internal programming; coaches diverse lawyers for positons of leadership both inside and outside the firm; and provides a support network through sponsorship and mentorship and a sense of community to further engagement.
