Matt is a part of our Capital Markets practice group and is a key part of our economic development team, helping domestic and international companies which are seeking to expand or relocate operations to the Carolinas and the Southeastern United States. He works on Fee-in-Lieu of Tax Agreements, state grants, job tax credits, job development credits, utility grants and many other economic development incentives and grants.

Furthermore, Matt has experience handling complex commercial civil litigation including product liability cases, asbestos litigation, and many other types of litigated matters. He has represented numerous clients in white collar criminal cases and advised corporate and individual clients in pre-litigated commercial, real estate, and criminal matters.
