Allison Pearl focuses her practice on commercial and business disputes. She has been involved in securities class actions, commercial litigation, and regulatory inquiries, among other kinds of matters for clients. She has experience in researching, drafting, and editing motions to dismiss, motions for summary judgment, answers, complaints, pre- and post-trial memoranda, appellate briefs, and other court filings for various clients in state and federal courts. She has also drafted appellate briefs for incarcerated pro bono clients arguing for sentence reductions under the First Step Act and other applicable federal laws.
Allison previously externed for the Hon. Gregory H. Woods in U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York and interned in the criminal division of the United States Attorney’s Office for the Southern District of New York.
