With a robust background of over eight years in business and a distinguished career in law, Patrick is a seasoned advisor providing comprehensive corporate and business solutions to a diverse range of international and domestic clients. Patrick serves as a member of the firm’s Governing Board, the Private Equity Team Co-Lead, a member of the Corporate & Securities Group Executive Committee, a member of the Digital Solutions Team, and a member of the Life Sciences Team.
Patrick is renowned for his strategic approach and approachable demeanor, and he expertly guides corporate clients, senior management and private equity groups through complex transactions, including:

His industry experience spans technology and digital solutions, aerospace and defense, life sciences, manufacturing, retail, consumer goods, and financial services.
Before joining Womble Bond Dickinson, Patrick honed his legal skills clerking for the Honorable Michael S. Kanne at the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit, an experience that enriched his legal acumen and client service philosophy.
