The Mondaq Thought Leadership Awards recognize Mondaq’s most-read authors across all topic areas by country. Duarte was Mondaq’s most-read U.S. attorney for Data Protection content.

Susan Duarte helps technology companies and enterprises, including wireless MVNOs, AI voice companies, SaaS platforms and Proptech business, navigate complex and evolving areas of law including telecommunications regulation, AI, data privacy and cybersecurity, and consumer protection. Before joining the firm, Duarte spent more than two decades working at leading law firms and in-house at large and small technology companies working alongside business partners to manage legal and reputational risk. She practices in Womble’s Washington, D.C. office.
