Effective June 1, 2023, Chang, an esteemed partner within the firm’s Business Transactions Practice Group, will assume the role of co-leader alongside Matt Sweger. This strategic move aims to expand and develop the practice group, ensuring Lewis Roca's commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Nationally recognized for his achievements in real estate acquisitions and sales, he also provides comprehensive assistance to banking institutions in navigating complex lending transactions involving various types of properties. Moreover, Chang's exemplary leadership as the Chair of the Hiring Committee has showcased his ability to inspire and effectively guide others.
