CHARLESTON, S.C.—Womble Carlyle attorney Elizabeth Settle has been appointed by the President of the South Carolina Bar to serve on the Unauthorized Practice of Law Committee.
The Committee reviews allegations of unauthorized law practice and coordinates with the Attorney General of South Carolina.
Elizabeth Settle concentrates her practice in the areas of business transactions, real estate transactions and banking law. Her practice specifically includes commercial real estate acquisitions and development, lending, commercial loan transactions, entity formation, asset purchase transactions, contract negotiations, and exceptional residential and rural real estate transactions.
