Preston Mitchell is a land planner with extensive experience in project management, plan review, permitting, conducting legislative and quasi-judicial public proceedings. Preston also has advanced aptitude in code and ordinance composition. He uses his training in long-range planning for area/district/neighborhood plan development, community engagement, and involvement techniques, as well as drafting and adopting long-range policy initiatives for the firm.
