Tara Gorman to Speak on Hotel Franchise Agreements

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Tara Gorman will be a speaker at the upcoming Hotel Franchise Agreements webinar, which takes place 1-2:30 p.m. Eastern on Tuesday, Sept. 26.

This CLE course will enable lenders’ counsel to review and negotiate hotel franchise comfort letters. The panel will also review standard features of hotel franchise agreements and the provisions of most concern to lenders. Finally, the panel will discuss how early termination, PIP, and other franchise conditions can be addressed in the loan documents.

Gorman will be joined in the panel discussion by JF Capital Advisors Founder and CEO Jonathan Falik and Jeffer Mangels Butler & Mitchell Partner Guy Maisnik.
