Congratulations to Aeromed Group! The Womble Bond Dickinson client and Charlotte, N.C.-based alliance of distribution companies recently added AIReps, Inc. to its growing portfolio of aerospace and defense distribution companies.

A Womble Bond Dickinson team led by Partner Patrick Strubbe represented Aeromed in the transaction. The team also included attorneys Patrick Allen, Mike Cashin, Jonathan Cote, Laura Hoag, Joy Holloway, Sylvester Kisluk, Megan Lewis, Aaron Massuda, Rich Raleigh, Jake Rifkin, and Kristen Tieman.
