COLUMBIA, SC—Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Belton Zeigler recently spoke on regulatory developments affecting clean and renewable energy South Carolina. 

Zeigler’s presentation was particularly focused on recent Public Service Commission dockets related to Integrated Resource Plans (IRPs), Demand Side Management and Energy Efficiency programs, and Net Metering Tariffs.

The Aug. 27 seminar was presented by E4 Carolinas and included representative of renewable energy developers, utilities, industrial customers and other large energy consumers. Zeigler’s presentation was party of E4 Carolinas’ South Carolina Clean Energy Policy Series. More than 80 people attended the virtual session.
