Barlow Keener Represented Womble at the New England Federal Communications Bar Association Meeting Discussing the $42 Billion NTIA BEAD Program

On October 17, Womble Bond Dickinson Senior Counsel Barlow Keener attended the Federal Communications Bar Association’s (FCBA) New England Chapter and Boston University College of Communication Current Issues Conference. Womble Bond Dickinson was one of the four law firms sponsoring the event. The conference focused on the NTIA’s $42 B Broadband Funding, Deployment and Equity (“BEAD”) program from Federal, State and Provider Perspectives. Speakers included Michael Baldino, General Counsel, Massachusetts Broadband Institute, Wendy Lader, NE Regional Director, NTIA Office of Internet Connectivity and Growth, and Diane Griffin Holland, President of the national FCBA.
