Womble Bond Dickinson attorney Barlow Keener has been appointed to serve as a Co-Chair of the International Telecommunications Committee of the Federal Communications Bar Association (FCBA).

From its founding in 1936, the FCBA has strong roots in the field of telecommunications law. Today, FCBA members work on an ever-widening range of practice areas, some of which didn’t even exist a decade ago, enabling the technology that helps people around the world stay connected. The FCBA’s International Telecommunications Committee organizes meetings, CLEs, and other events related to international technology, media, and telecom (TMT) policy, regulation, and development.

Keener is a member of Womble Bond Dickinson’s Communications, Technology & Media team, where he brings more than 20 years of regulatory, transactional and corporate law experience in the tech sector, with significant telecom, spectrum, Internet, and privacy law experience.
