Andi McDonald Named to ABA Litigation News Editorial Board

Womble Bond Dickinson Business Litigation attorney Andi McDonald has been appointed to the Editorial Board for the American Bar Association’s Litigation News as a Contributing Editor.

Litigation News is the ABA Litigation Section’s online publication and quarterly magazine that seeks to “advance the art of advocacy by providing meaningful legal news to litigators.” Topics addressed include cases of first impression, ethics, identifiable legal trends, and “splits” in the law—subjects vital to successful litigators. 

Womble Bond Dickinson Partner Brian Zemil is a long-time contributor to Litigation News, including serving a two-year term as the publication’s Editor-in-Chief.

Andi McDonald is a litigation associate with experience in both federal and state courts and arbitration. Her practice focuses on complex commercial disputes including construction, real property, business tort, insurance, personal injury and wrongful death actions. Andi practices in Womble Bond Dickinson’s Charleston, South Carolina office.
