Erin Epley is a product liability litigation attorney who focuses her practice on defending tobacco industry clients in smoking and health cases. Her experience includes mass torts litigation in which complex scientific and medical issues arise.

Before joining the firm Erin worked at a plaintiff’s firm where she assisted in trying a wrongful death case. Erin has been involved in various aspects of litigation, including drafting trial and appellate briefs, drafting motions and affidavits, framing legal issues, participating in mediation, and helping depose witnesses.

Erin has also worked on various pro bono matters involving estate planning and claims for veterans’ disability compensation.
