Dagmar Anker is a legal professional with experience in all stages of the business cycle. She is proficient in forming, operating, and funding various business entities, drafting governing documents, and advising start-up companies on legal matters. She's also well-versed in creating and negotiating agreements connected to stock purchases, equity, and debt financings, as well as handling term sheets and legal documents for established businesses. Dagmar also has experience in commercial transactions, corporate law, real estate, and equipment finance.
During law school, Dagmar served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Consuelo B. Marshall of the United States District Court for the Central District of California. In this role, she was responsible for conducting and analyzing research, preparing memoranda, and drafting judicial orders.
