Chanell Khosrowabadi is an associate in the firm’s Intellectual Property Practice Group. Chanell focuses on domestic and international trademark prosecution and enforcement, global portfolio management, and copyright law.

Chanell’s practice includes domestic and foreign trademark selection and searching, prosecution and enforcement, intellectual property transactions and agreements, proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, domain name disputes, and copyright registration and enforcement. She also advises individuals and businesses of all sizes on worldwide trademark portfolio development and has experience overseeing international opposition and cancellation proceedings, including settlement.

Chanell received her law degree from UCLA School of Law. During her time at UCLA, she participated as a student practitioner in the USPTO Trademark Clinic and served as a managing editor for the Pacific Basin Law Journal. Prior to law school, Chanell received a bachelor’s degree with distinction in political science from UC Berkeley.
