Chad Caby's practice focuses on bankruptcy and restructuring, including the representation of corporate creditors, debtors, and trustees in bankruptcy and insolvency proceedings under all chapters of the Bankruptcy Code, as well as workouts and restructuring entities outside of court. Chad has represented debtors, creditors, and monitors in Chapter 15 cross-border insolvency cases filed in the District of Wyoming and Colorado. He also regularly represents banks and secured and unsecured creditors in general commercial and bankruptcy litigation.
Chad is well-versed in all aspects of bankruptcy practice, bankruptcy litigation, and commercial litigation. Clients also benefit from his successful track record in representing financial institutions, banks, receivers, bankruptcy trustees, creditors’ committees, and both secured and unsecured creditors.
